Mince Stuff
soya mince (extra fine) or (coarse)
Boil 2-3 times the volume of liquid to mince.
Liquid = 1 1/2 tblspn of vegetable stock + 2-3 tblspn of soya sauce in water
If the mixture ends up like poridge instead of mince meat (this happens sometimes with the extra fine stuff),
put it in a really small strainer and run water through it until all the liquid has gone.
Add a small amount of garlic, chilli powder and onion
Flash heat until brown |
Tortilla Chips
250g of Tortilla Chips
85g of cheese substitute sprinkled on top
Oven cook on 190 degree heat for 5 mins |
Pasta
30g of yeast flakes in a bowl
3 tblspn (heaped) Tahini
juice 1/4 - 1/2 lemon to taste - nb: You can go too far with lemon
1/2 tspn salt
375g soy yogurt
add enough water 2 make a sauce (probably from mince, see above)
boil for 7 minutes
